GASTRIC ULCER

pt. was 32yrs had severe ulcer c/o since 10yrs she had swelling of abdomen frequently now last 1week she had swelling of abdomen.i gave avipathi chroonam,inthugantha ks.,sanga bhasmam. for 2 week but i don't get improved what can i do. ......
