CARCINOMA DUCTAL INVASIVE OF RIGHT BREAST

A Female Patient aged 43 years has been diagnosed with Carcinoma Ductal Invasive of Right Breast. All the findings are as below:-

Time Period since Detection: 3 Months

Report: FNA smears from right breast are highly cellular and shows cluster of cells with hyperchromatic nuclei, conspicous nucleoli and moderate amount of cytoplasm. Few cells show apocrine change. Background shows few iflammatory cells and foamy histocytes. In addition, mammography has also been done and no evidence of micro/macrocalcification is seen. No dilatation of ducts is seen. However, there is focal area of increased density on right side in superolateral quadrant with well defined but lobulated margins.......
