Summary
C/o:
Urinary incontinence (frank leakage of urine and wetting their clothing), urge incontinence, large amount of lubricating fluid (filtered blood plasma) secreted from this gland even on simple stimulation around genital orifice, severely hampered Frequently enjoyed life activities, and also reported suppression of sexual climax, leading to seek medical advice.
H/o:
In late 2007, patient (born & brought up at Mirzapur, UP) presented with gross hematuria. She had started estrogen therapy at 22 years of age for 1 Year of weekly estrogen injections (details not know). Family history is negative for prostate cancer....
