Female, 48 yrs, married.
Symptoms - Bradykinesia (slowness of movement) of right lower and upper limb.
Diagnosed as parkinson's by PGI neurology department.
No tremors. All investigations normal. Tried:- Ekangveer ras, cognium(charak), Shankhpushpi syrup, Brahmi vati with gold, Ashwagandha powder for 1 month regularly but showed no relief.
Valuable suggestions needed.
